NS3U: The End & My "Retirement Speech"
It's been long enough, so I now I reveal to you the script for the final NS3U stage.
Yes, the series has been cancelled. After 13 years on YouTube, it was finally time for me to move on from machinima. I apologize to every one I've let down, I have no excuses to justify this.
But as I've done with Reycralibur, I'm not going to end things without a proper send off. This is a "complete" version of the finale script, including some alternate scenes and bonus segments that you didn't see. To help visualize things, I've included links to coresponding videos on YouTube.
To this very day, there aren't many Super Smash Bros machinima with a predominant female cast. If I've accomplished anything (and I do mean ANYTHING) with Smash Sisters: The Series, I hope that it was to bring awarness to the severe lack of female-led series. If I was able to fill that void in the Smash machinima community throughout this second act of my "career", then I have no regrets.
Thank you to the NS3U voice cast, past and present, for putting up with my BS for all these years.
Also, bless Smashing XIII for coming back from the grave and giving a former member a place to lay their hat. It's been...intresting. I'll see you at the next anniversary collab.

Veran: Hello, smashers! I am the All-Mighty Veran, Mistress of Shadows! One-by-one, my sisterhood has turned your fellow smashers into our slaves. And now I have just defeated and captured the Master Core of this world! Oh, and did you know that this world will be ending soon? What great timing! However, I don’t intend to leave here until you all become one of us! Within the hour, we will descend upon your world one last time. Resistance is futile; my power be upon you! *laughs*
*Cut to static*
Mushroom Kingdom U
*While searching for Daisy, Samus, Zelda, Peach and Rosalina came across Veran’s ultimatum*
Zelda/Shiek, disgusted: Wretched monster…
Samus: Is it that time already? Oh, this isn’t good.
Rosalina: What’s wrong?
Samus: Oh, right. This is your first time, isn’t it? We’ll explain everything after we regroup with the others at the Temple.
Peach: What about Daisy?
Zelda: I’m afraid we’ll have to look for her later.
Rosalina: Then we’d better act fast. Hold on!
Zelda/Samus/Peach: To what!?
*They teleport*

*Picking up where “Might, Magic, and Mushrooms” (Stage 7) left off, Daisy faces off with Nana…*
Daisy: There you are, I’ve been looking all over for you!
Nana: Who isn’t?
*Daisy and Nana stare each other down*
Nana: Well…, here I am. Shall we settle things here and now?
Daisy: First, I have some questions.
Nana: I’m afraid Popo and I aren’t the talkative types.
Daisy: But Veran is.
*Nana gasps*
Daisy: That’s right, I know. Let’s just say me and a few friends met her once before. We stopped her then and we’re going to stop her now.
*Nana stares at Daisy*
Daisy: Sorry. I should at least pretend to act like a proper princess once in a while. So, if I may ask who I am currently speaking to at the moment? Nana…or the puppet master?
“Popo”, in Nana’s mind: She knows too much! Kill her, Nana!
*”Popo” speaks in Veran’s voice*
Veran: KILL HER!!
*Nana attacks Daisy and a fight scene begins*
Palutena’s Temple
*The other eight sisters converge onto Palutena’s Temple*
Palutena: I take it you all saw it too?
Corrin: Yes, our true enemy has finally revealed herself and we only have an hour to prepare ourselves.
Samus: It’s worse than that! If what Veran says is true, it will be catastrophic!
Palutena: More catastrophic than “Subspace”?
Peach: You have no idea….
Zelda: Sisters, Samus, Peach, Daisy and I have lived on this world for three cycles now. Palutena was born in the last cycle, but she didn’t become a smasher until the beginning of this cycle.
Lucina: Cycles?
Palutena: Some of us call them that. We call this “the fourth world” because it was born after the end of the last.
Robin: So, Veran wasn’t kidding? Are you saying the world is ending? Like, for real? Fire and brimstone and all that crap!?
Peach: Don’t worry, it’s nothing like that. You won’t even notice it’s happening. And the best part about the end of the world is that, no matter what has happened to our friends, they will be fully restored to their old selves after this world ends and the next world begins.
Samus: But if Veran really has the Master Core in her grasp, I don’t think there will be a “fifth world.”
Zelda: Or rather, if there is a fifth world, it will be in her distorted image!
Rosalina: Say no more, sisters! Our mission is clear: we must reclaim the Master from Veran before the world ends. If we don’t, we may never see our friends again!
Dark Samus: Knock, knock!
Palutena: Who’s there?
*An explosion rocks the Temple; Dark Samus, God Eater, Ethel and the horde appears on the east end of the temple*
Dark Samus: DEATH!!
Corrin: *beat, then sudden realization* Oh, I get it!
Lucina: Yeah, they must be here for our frozen guest!
Corrin, beams: Instead of knocking on death’s door, death is knocking on our door!
Lucina: Oh! *beat* …That’s pretty terrible….
*Palutena calls out to Rosalina*
Palutena: Rosalina, take the others and go!
Rosalina: Are you sure?!
Palutena: It will all be for naught if you don’t find Nana! Now go!
Dark Samus: No! If I infect Samus now, I’ll finally be free!
*Dark Samus charges towards Samus. But Rosalina teleports herself, Peach, Samus, and Zelda off the Temple*
Dark Samus: Damn!
Palutena: Your fight is with us!
Lucina: We are the Fire Guardians!
Corrin: Who fight for love and for junk food!
Robin: In the name of the Emblem…
Lucina/Corrin/Robin: We’ll punish you!
Dark Samus: …I’m going to have to kill some bitches…

*Daisy and Nana are at a standstill; Daisy is trying to catch her breath*
Daisy, tired: You’re…a lot tougher…than I remember…
Nana: Wanna know a secret?
*Nana reveals the Master Core*
Daisy: I-Is that!?
Nana: Yes. The almighty Master. We don’t know much about them, but I know this: I am the Master of this world now.
Daisy: Nana, that’s dangerous! You could die!
Nana: I am already dead.
Daisy: “Quoi?”
*beat*
Nana: …Do you know where the sun is, Daisy?
*Nana enters stand-by mode; her Final Smash aura glows. Veran and Nana speak in unison*
Nana/Veran: Because that’s what it will take to thaw you out!
*Nana is about to use her Final Smash when Peach, Zelda, Samus, and Rosalina arrive on the scene; Peach enters stand-by mode*
Peach: No, you don’t!
*Both Nana and Peach use their Final Smashes. This time, everyone is only briefly frozen and quickly recover*
Rosalina: Brrr! That is unpleasant!
Samus: Thanks for the save, Peach!
Peach: Always glad to help!
Zelda: Now it’s our turn!
*Zelda enters stand-by mode; Samus and Peach hold on to her*
Daisy: Wait a second!
Zelda: Hold on, everyone! Light Arrow!
*Zelda uses her Final Smash on Nana. Nana also uses her Final Smash, but she is too slow and takes the hit. Instantaneously, everyone faints*
Daisy, faint: W-What just…
*Daisy also collapses*
Rosalina: It all comes down to a battle in the center of Nana’s mind, and all I can do now is keep watch. …I’d better grab some popcorn.
*Rosalina teleports everyone off the stage*

Our Final Destination
Palutena’s Temple
*Palutena, Lucina, Robin, and Corrin continue their fight with God Eater, Ethel, and the horde. On the lower levels, Dark Samus finds MeMe frozen in Ice and attempts to free her; Palutena and Lucina try to stop her*
Palutena: Oh crap!
Lucina: If she sets that woman free, it will be the end of all of us!
Dark Samus: Don’t…
*Lucina uses her final smash and charges at Dark Samus*
Lucina: NO!
*Dark Samus sidesteps and Lucina she hits MeMe instead, freeing her*
Dark Samus: How many stupid anime references are we going to make in this episode?
*MeMe grabs a weakened Lucina*
Palutena: Get away from her, you cur!
*Palutena charges at MeMe, but Dark Samus intervenes *
Dark Samus, annoyed: Oh, my god. Who writes this crap?
*Dark Samus throws Palutena to the ground. MeMe throws Lucina soon after. Lucina coughs violently*
Dark Samus: I think we’d better give “Palucina” some privacy. Wouldn’t you agree, Brazzer-bait?
*MeMe smiles in agreement. The two flee, as Palutena rushes to Lucina’s aid*
Palutena: Oh no! She slimed you!
Lucina, coughing: S-Stay back, I don’t want to infect you too!
Palutena, panicking: N-Nonsense! I’m sure I know a spell or two that can stop the virus from spreading!
Lucina, coughing: There’s no time, we have to help the others first!
*On the surface levels, Robin and Corrin fight God Eater and Ethel*
Corrin: You know, if the world wasn’t hanging in the balance, I’d enjoy this more!
*Suddenly, the sky turns black. It seems someone has a Smash Ball...*
Robin: Please tell me that’s one of us…
Dark Samus: Hello down there!
Robin: Eh?
Corrin: Nani?!
*From the top of the temple, Dark Samus has entered stand-by mode.*
Dark Samus: …And goodbye! Zero Cannon!
*MeMe jumps out of the way as Dark Samus fires her final smash*
Palutena: Mega Laser!
*From out of nowhere, Palutena uses her final smash and it collides with Dark Samus’s Zero Cannon. MeMe regroups with Ethel and God Eater. Lucina charges at the three but is blocked off by the horde. Robin and Corrin catch up to Lucina. Lucina enters standby mode*
Lucina: Shall we?
*Robin and Corrin enter standby mode*
Robin/Corrin: Let’s!
*All 3 use their final smashes and wipe out MeMe, Ethel, God Eater and the horde. Meanwhile, Palutena overpowers Dark Samus and sends her flying to the west end of the stage. When the dust settles, Dark Samus tries to use an item to recover, but she is cornered by Palutena, Lucina, Robin, and Corrin*
Dark Samus: I’m not finished yet! One way or another, it’s the end of the world as we know it and I’m taking all you insects with-!
*Dark Samus is hit with a sudden dizzy spell*
Dark Samus, fainting: N-No…, not now! What the hell did you do, Aran!?! …Aran…!
*Dark Samus falls unconscious*
Palutena: Well, that’s taken care of. Now we can focus on-.
*Robin screams*
Corrin: Lucina!
*Lucina has collapsed and is turning into a MeMe clone*
Palutena, panicking: No! Just hold on a little longer!
Corrin, panicking: ROBIN, DO A MAGIC!
Robin, panicking: I CAN’T, I’M PANICKING!
Lucina, weakly: It’s alright, sisters. This world is ending anyways, so I might as well get a head start.
Robin, trembling: You honestly think we give a damn!?
Palutena, on the verge of tears: Even if its just for a second, we can’t go on without you! I can’t go on without you!
Midna: Yes, tell her how you really feel…
Robin: That voice…! Midna, please, show yourself!
*Midna and Ashley appear*
Robin: Please, take Lucina to the Assist Trophy realm!
Corrin: What will that do!?
Palutena, beaming with joy: OF COURSE! The passage of time is slower in the other realm! If we can’t cure Lucina, we can at least delay the inevitable until the world ends!
Ashley: You say that as if it’s a big deal… It’s not like Lucina will be a zombie forever if we don’t take her.
Midna: Now, Ashley…
Ashley: I never said it wasn’t heartwarming. Of course, you should do it.
Midna: And I will…, on one condition…
***
Nana’s Mind(?)
*Peach, Samus, and Zelda arrive on a snowy stage*
Zelda: Looks like my spell worked; We’re inside Nana’s mind!
Peach: Now all we have to do is find Nana…
Samus: …And defeat Veran!
Somewhere else in Nana’s Mind
*Meanwhile, Daisy awakes on another snowy stage*
Daisy, groans: I knew it’d be one of those days…
*A missile is suddenly launched at Daisy and she barely avoids it. Looks like Dark Samus has found her*
Daisy: Dark Samus! Where’s Nana?
Dark Samus: Like I would tell you of all people!
Daisy: You will tell me of all people!
*Daisy fights Dark Samus to a standstill*
Dark Samus: I don’t have time for this, and neither do you! Is your skull so thick that you don’t realize the futility of this situation?
Daisy: What’s there to realize? We’re smashers! If fighting will get the job done, then we fight!
Dark Samus: Except we aren’t even real smashers!
Daisy: What’s that supposed to mean?
Dark Samus: You don’t even know? Now I know I’m wasting my time!
*Dark Samus uses her Assist Trophy attack to escape*
Daisy, annoyed: Why do they keep saying that!? If I’m not a “real smasher” then what am I? If no one will tell me what’s up with that, then I don’t care anymore!
*Though frustrated, Daisy leaves to find Nana*
The Assist Trophy Realm
*Palutena arrives in Midna and Ashley’s domain with a still weakened Lucina. Ashley inspects Lucina’s state*
Ashley: Your timing was good, not perfect, but good enough. She just might be able to survive until the end of the world.
Midna: Well goddess, we’ve held up our end of the bargain. Now its your turn.
Palutena: What would you have me do?
*Both Midna and Ashley let out a mischievous chuckle. Ashley walks over to Palutena and whispers something in her ear*
Lucina, weakened: W-What are you planning?
Midna: You’ll see…
*Midna and Ashley depart; Palutena takes a deep breath…*
Palutena, nervous: Lucina, if we make it to the next world…,
Lucina: E-Eh?
*From a distance, Ashley and Midna watch…*
Midna, squeeing: She’s gonna do it!
Ashley: Just how old are you?
Midna: Old enough to be your sister.
Ashley: Touche.
*Back in the other room(?)*
Palutena: Will you…g-go out with-?
*The screen is abruptly frozen and the Wii error sound can be heard. From the fourth wall, Jigglypuff groans*
Jigglypuff: Arugh, not again! Stupid outdated hardware!
*Suddenly, a loud banging on the door, and from its direction, a female Villager runs past Jigglypuff*
F!Villager: CHEESE IT! IT’S THE SHIPPING POLICE!
Jigglypuff: SHHHHHIIIIIT!
*Without warning, a mob of R.O.Bs and Miis barge in and give chase to Jigglypuff. The screen cuts to static*

Mario Galaxy
*Rosalina watches over the still comatose bodies of Peach, Daisy, Samus, Zelda, and Nana. Palutena teleports in with Robin and Corrin. The silver-haired units are initially frightened to see their sisters in such a state*
Robin, gasping: Oh no!
Corrin, scared shitless: A-Are they?
Rosalina: Nope. They’re still alive, for now. …Where’s Lucina?
*A somber look on Robin and Corrin’s faces…*
Palutena: She’ll be fine as long as we end this quickly.
Rosalina: Then it all depends on the efforts of our sisters. If they can defeat Veran and expunge her evil from within Nana, we can reclaim the Master and salvage our world.
*A distant rumbling can be heard. Robin turns to see the world shaking*
Robin: Whatever their doing, they’d better do it quick!
Nana’s Mind
*On a stage resembling Shadow Moses Island, the Smash Sisters are about to finally confront Veran. Veran stands alone on the west end of the cold stage when…*
Shiek: Veran!
*Veran turns to see Sheik on the east end of the stage*
Shiek: Die now and leave this world! You’ll never-!
*In the blink of an eye, Veran moves right behind Shiek and grabs her*
Veran, whispering: What is a woman?
*Veran forcibly throws Sheik back to the other end of the stage*
Zelda: She didn’t even do the joke right!
Veran: How dare you bring memes to my domain! For that, you will perish!
Zelda: Well, she got that part right at least…
*Peach and Samus arrive on the scene and the three surround Veran*
Samus: This is where it ends!
Peach: Let Nana go!
*The three charge towards Veran, but the sorceress transforms into Ike and uses “Furious Eruption” to knock them back*
Shiek: What the shit just happened?
Samus: I expected as much. Veran controls this whole place after all.
Veran: Very accurate, space warrior! Now why don’t we properly set the mood by going back to where this all began?
*In a flash, everyone is transported to Final Destination*
Peach: Final Destination?
Shiek: Ganondorf!
*Veran has indeed transformed into Ganondorf*
Veran: Ah~! How wonderful it feels to be back in this form! Not even someone as beautiful as myself can ever compare to the embrace of Lord Ganon. Though I must admit, your Ganondorf reeked of retardation, and his canon counterpart wasn’t any smarter.
Peach: W-What do you mean “back in this form”?
*Shiek has suddenly turned back into Zelda*
Samus: Zelda?
Zelda, eerily calm: You know, I was never convinced that it was the Triforce of Courage alone that caused Ganondorf to murder all our friends. Are you insinuating that…?
Veran, smirking: Guilty as charged.
*An audible gasp from Peach, Samus, and Zelda; flashes of their now-dead friends briefly appear*
Zelda, holding back her anger: Y-You!
Veran: YES! You all thought Nana was my first, but in reality…
*A duplicate of Veran in her previous form appears*
Veran: …Ganondorf was never the cause of your plight: IT WAS VERAN!
Somewhere else in Nana’s Mind
*Daisy continues her search for Nana and eventually finds her encased in ice*
Daisy: Nana!
*As Daisy charges towards her, she is intercepted by Dark Samus*
Dark Samus: Not today, princess!
Daisy: Give her back!
*Daisy again charges toward Nana*
Dark Samus: God, you’re even more obnoxious when you’re serious!
Daisy: And you’re an even bigger stick-in-the-mud than Samus! I don’t care what happens to me as long as I can save Nana!
Dark Samus: Then you should care about what happens to the Pink One! At this moment, Veran is making quick work of the rest of you so-called “First Ladies”, and when Peach falls, so will you!
Final Destination (Not)
*Peach, Samus, and Zelda engage furiously with Veran/Ganondorf*
Veran: Is that all you got?
Peach: Shut up!
Shiek: You won’t get away with this…,
Shiek/Zelda: I swear it!
Samus: We will save Nana, and we’ll avenge everyone you’ve killed!
Veran: Try it, bitches!
*Veran uses Ganondorf’s Final Smash and sends the others flying; Shiek is forcefully turned back into Zelda. As Peach gasps in pain, a similar sensation runs through Daisy*
Nana’s Chamber
*Daisy collapses in pain as Dark Samus takes advantage and deals critical damage; their fight continues…*
Dark Samus: You feel that? See, you and I were in the same boat.
Daisy: Are you really going to play “that” card?
Dark Samus: I’m trying to tell you that The Master has used us as lab rats, you moron! Think of Peach and Aran as living, breathing, voodoo dolls: whatever happens to them, happens to us!
Daisy: Bullshit! *thinking* Then again, Veran only took over Peach’s body in the other timeline; she didn’t control her mind. Otherwise, I’d be Veran’s puppet too... *To Dark Samus* Then how can you be so smug when Samus could be killed?
Dark Samus: Fool! Thanks to Veran’s magic, I don’t suffer from the same effects, and now that Aran’s consciousness is here, it’s only a matter capturing it. With Aran’s mind prisoner, and her body and soul at my disposal, I will finally be free from this curse!
Daisy: Like you can trust Veran either!
Dark Samus: Like I said before, worry about the Pink One…and yourself!
*Dark Samus knocks down Daisy*
Orbital Gate Assault
*The force of Veran’s Final Smash knocks Samus, Peach, and Zelda to another stage. Veran returns to her normal form and summons an army of MeMe clones*
Veran: Submit! Join your friends under my power!
*Peach, Samus, and Zelda fight off the horde; Veran watches on with enjoyment*
Nana’s Chamber
*An exhausted Daisy plucks a Vegetable and throws it at Dark Samus; She dodges*
Dark Samus: Your aim sucks!
*Daisy faintly chuckles*
Dark Samus: …Don’t tell me….
*Dark Samus turns around to see Nana’s ice prison breaking*
Dark Samus: NO!
*While Dark Samus is distracted Daisy hits her with her side Bomber. Nana’s prison breaks and she is set free*
Orbital Gate Assault
*Veran feels the effects of Nana escaping*
Veran: What!?
*The stage begins to shake, and the horde disappears*
Zelda: This is just like what happened to me: Nana is waking up!
Peach: It’s Daisy!
Zelda/Samus: What!?
Peach: I can feel it, Daisy is here too! She must have beat us to it!
Zelda: Then grab on to me, I’m going to do a psychic!
*Veran transforms into Marth and enters standby mode*
Veran: Oh no you don’t!
*Veran uses Marth’s final smash, but the three Sisters teleport out of the way in time*
Veran: No! Damn you!
*Veran disappears as the stage completely collapses*
A black void…with a light at the end!
*Daisy and Nana begin their climb to the surface*
Daisy: Keep climbing, Nana!
*Veran intercepts them*
Veran: Where do you think you’re going, sister?
Daisy: She’s going home, Veran, and she’ll get there even if I have to drag you down to hell!
*Daisy fights Veran; Veran eventually has Daisy pinned as Nana watches*
Nana: Daisy…
Daisy: Nana, run! Get back to Popo!
Nana, with determination: …No, not yet.
*Looking to atone, Nana saves Daisy and attacks Veran*
Veran: You!
Nana: Me.
*Nana and Daisy team up to fight Veran; At the climax, Veran turns into Zelda and enters standby*
Veran: That’s enough! Neither of you are leaving here alive!
Peach/Zelda/Samus: VERAN!
*From out of nowhere, Zelda and Samus use their final smashes and Peach uses her super move. Veran turns around just in time before they hit. Veran screams in pain as the stage turns white*
Mario Galaxy: Reality
*Peach, Zelda, Samus, and Daisy wake up and gasp for air. The other sisters are overjoyed*
Palutena: They did it!
Rosalina: Joy!
Robin/Corrin: Welcome back, sisters!
Zelda, groaning: I really need to pace myself next time.
Samus: That’s my line.
*Peach and Daisy laugh*
Daisy, to Peach: Thanks for saving my butt!
Peach, to Daisy: That’s what sisters are for.
*The stage suddenly darkens*
Veran: FOOLS!
*Veran suddenly appears in standby mode with the Master Core. The other sisters stand in shock*
Veran, smug: Aren’t you forgetting something?
*Zelda is eerily calm*
Shiek, chuckling: As a matter of fact…
